April 26, 1986 is the date of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster - the largest (so far) of all nuclear plant disasters in the world. I am marking the anniversary with some photos from School No. 3 in the town of Pripyat, Ukraine, which was close to the plant and became a ghost town (source: Obozrevatel).
