Ukrainian expert: North Korea alone gave Russia more ammo than 50+ countries gave Ukraine

 Translating from an interview of Ukrainian military expert Vladislav Seleznev:

(Asked about the security agreement just signed between Ukraine and the USA): "The key question is how such deals will be realized in practice. We already have a memorandum signed in Budapest where signatories guaranteed us preservation of our sovereignty and territorial integrity but, as we know, one of these signatories [Russia - M.M.] violated this memorandum. By now, we have more than ten security agreement, but it is difficult to say how they will work, especially if we take into account that they are not ratified by national parliaments... The same is true for the agreement with the USA. This document will not pass through Congress, therefore we must look at Donald Trump, and he has a principal position concerning Russia and Ukraine. On June 13, he asked what advantage would Ukraine's victory over Russia bring the USA. He is behaving as a politician. I think that if elected, he will renounce all agreements for military cooperation between the USA and our country.

That's why I am skeptical about the signed agreement. I do not trust words, I trust actions. Large-scale supplies of arms and equipment - only this is real support of Ukrainian army and Ukrainian people.

(About Biden's promise to donate more Patriots): There are declared intentions but they don't translate into actual supplies. The US decision to give us a Patriot battery currently dislocated in Poland clashed with the firm refusal of the Polish government to give this system defending a very important logistical hub... The current situation is due to the fact that for 30 years after the end of the so-called Cold War, key countries of the world disarmed. All of them disarmed except Russia, Iran and North Korea. At present, the military imbalance is just shocking. North Korean government managed to give the Russian army about 5 million missiles over a short period. Can all countries participating in the Rammstein Project boast with similar parameters? They are more than 50 countries but their contribution in ammunition supplies to Ukraine is several orders of magnitude below the resources given to Russia by North Korea, a country that has been under sanctions for decades..."
