"Diplomatic activity has been extremely high these days. However, we see no shifts in the Russian position. The Russians still do not want to stop the killings, they are still investing in the war and are also pushing the idea of "exchanging" Ukrainian territory for Ukrainian territory with consequences that do not guarantee anything other than more convenient positions for the Russians to resume the war."
