Obuhov: There are two conditions to end Russia's war in Ukraine

Russian opposition activist German Obuhov in the Obozrevatel, Sept. 1:

"Two conditions that will change the world and end the war

The first condition is fairly obvious, though not straightforward, since it depends on the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR). Specifically, when the air raid siren in Moscow sounds exactly the same number of times as in Kyiv. This doesn't mean bombing apartment buildings and hospitals, but rather crippling Moscow's infrastructure and forcing residents to suffer without power and water for days. Not just ordinary citizens, but the elite as well. Kyiv has already adapted to air raid siren calls and constant destruction—generators are now available in almost every cafe and shop, not to mention supermarkets. In Moscow, a guaranteed power supply is a given. Muscovites are less patient than those in the Russian provinces and won't tolerate such inconveniences for long.

The second condition, which stems from politics and has been voiced repeatedly, has yet to reach the minds of the Ukrainian government and president: When will Europe start talking about neo-Nazism (neo-fascism) in Russia based on five proven and indisputable signs of fascism? These can be found online in Russian, Ukrainian, and English. While the first warning signs of a Nazi revival in Russia have appeared on state television in Azerbaijan and Lithuania, even Ukraine remains silent on the matter, not to mention Poland or Germany. What can the head of the Ukrainian Presidential Administration discuss with Vitkov if President Trump exists in a completely different reality? It's like banging your head on a closed door. What consequences will there be for Russia if Europe starts talking about neo-Nazism in Russia and the European Parliament adopts a resolution on the matter? This would mean the end of all economic relations with Russia and its complete isolation within the EU. Even India and China would react to this. Any EU business that violates this resolution should be subject to severe financial penalties, and any country that ignores this decision should be expelled from the EU. This would have an almost immediate effect."
