Political analyst Vitaly Portnikov assured that Russia will try to destroy Ukrainians as much as possible.
Russia cannot conquer Ukraine militarily, and Putin understands this, which is why he is trying to exterminate the country's population so that we cease to exist as a nation, stated Vitaly Portnikov. The publicist expressed his views on YouTube.
