Ukraine's political leadership should not sign Trump's peace plan because it has no official status, Oleg Zhdanov stated. Neither Trump signed the document, nor has Congress approved it.
The military expert stated this on his YouTube channel.
"On Thursday, Trump is demanding that Zelenskyy immediately sign the American peace plan, and then Driscoll will rush to Moscow with this plan to appease Putin. The delegation will leave for Moscow at the end of next week. What's happening now? First, there's no official document. Let's start with that. There's a draft of 28 points, but it hasn't been signed or approved by anyone," the Ukrainian Armed Forces officer informed the Ukrainians.
Zhdanov emphasized, "The US simply threw us a written 28-point plan and said, 'Sign it by the 27th.' That's Trump's peace plan, but it doesn't have Trump's signature, and it doesn't have Congressional approval. Congressmen are rolling their eyes today and saying, 'We didn't even know.'"
