The root of all American problems has been identified. Trump is making America great again, while paracetamol is trying to make it autistic, which clearly isn't helping to achieve that greatness anytime soon. America's enemies are now not just leftist Democrats, immigrants, transgender people, and Antifa, but also paracetamol. This insidious enemy has emerged from an unexpected source: a modest package of cheap medication.
But seriously, it seems this isn't stupidity, as many believe, but rather calculated. Trump is manipulating the feeble-minded plebs with their conspiracy-minded mindset. To achieve this, he initially supported the conspiracy-theorist theory that autism is caused by vaccinations. The feeble-minded expected that, having come to power and appointed the anti-vaxxer Kennedy, he would abolish mandatory vaccinations. But even Trump understands that this would lead to disaster.
However, he can't admit that he was simply brainwashing morons with a horror story about autism being man-made. Therefore, Trump was forced to support a less dangerous, but still conspiratorial (and refuted by numerous studies), theory: that autism is caused by taking paracetamol during pregnancy. Americans can live without paracetamol, but not without vaccinations."
